Overview

The Mindset is a reading and study room developed with exceptional infrastructure and design which facilitates creating the space with the right sensibility and comfort for students and professionals who aim to achieve high productivity and engage in deep work.

• Silence to be maintained at all times and no discussions permitted in our premises including the Break Area, Balcony Area or Pantry Area. Enter, leave and work quietly.

• Our premises are under video surveillance

• While we take all measures to keep The Mindset a silent zone, we cannot take responsibility for external factors including noise pollution from weather; construction / repair work in our building or nearby areas; or factors that are out of our control

• Personal belongings to be kept under (not on) the table

• Do not leave any personal belongings behind, we will not take any responsibility for loss or theft

• We retain the right to refuse admission to anyone from our premises including if you are a registered member

Working Hours

• All days: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

• We may reduce our working hours on major public holidays or festivals including Diwali, New Years etc.

• Please enter and leave the premises between the working hours

Use of Technology

We may collect the following types of information:

• We love technology but not the distraction it brings, hence please keep all your electronic devices on silent mode at all times and use earphone/headphones while using laptops/tablets

• We provide free wi-fi to all members but cannot promise any specific speed as it depends and fluctuates based on number of users streaming at the same time

• Mobile Phone Usage Policy (Important): Although we allow mobile phones on the premises, the use of a mobile phone in any form is strictly prohibited

• Mobile Phones must be kept on silent mode at all times and must not be kept on the study desks

• Do not attend phone calls / zoom calls when you are inside the library, please step out to attend your calls

• The use of keyboards and mouse that produce audible sounds, including mechanical keyboards and click-based mouse, is strictly prohibited within the library

Disclosures (Important)

• As a part of our registration process, we may collect following data from the members including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, purpose of joining, photograph and a copy of identity card

• Our staff may get access to member’s name, phone number and photo for verification during the entry

• We retain the right to cancel the membership without any refund if the member does not follow the rules of the library

• While we take all measures to keep The Mindset a silent zone, we cannot take responsibility for external factors including noise pollution from weather or construction / repair work our building or nearby area or factors that are out of our control

• Do not leave any personal belongings behind, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of any item including books, notebooks, stationary, electronic devices or any other personal belongings whatsoever

• No smoking allowed in library premises, pantry area, toilets and balcony. If anyone is found smoking, he/she will be issued detention right away

• We retain the right to refuse admission to anyone from our premises including if you are a registered member

• We keep the temperature in the library hall slightly on the cooler side. Please bring your own jackets / sweaters to keep yourself comfortable

Safety and Hygiene

• Do not stick papers with tape / glue or leave sticky notes on the desks

• Smoking is not allowed in library premises, pantry area, toilets and balcony. If anyone is found smoking, he/she will be issued detention right away

• Meals and Refreshment of any kind including Tea and Coffee to be consumed in the pantry or balcony area only.

• Food and Beverages are not allowed on the study desk

• Please follow Toilet Manners while using the washrooms

• Any misconduct or rude behavior with our staff or other fellow members in the library and surrounding premises is liable to strict action

Admission Rules

• Registration should be done to become a member of The Mindset

• As a part of our registration process, we may collect following data from the members including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, purpose of joining, photograph and a copy of identity card

• We request members to share a copy of their identity cards for our internal security measurements. However, we leave up-to the members to decide which ID cards they wish to share

• Our staff may get access to member’s name, phone number and photo id for verification during the entry

• Membership will be activated only after receiving the payment against the invoice

• Members are required to get their membership validated at the reception and then proceed for studies or work

• Enter your name and sign in the register kept at the reception before entering the library and after you finish your day

• Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Under no circumstances will you be eligible for a refund or be able to transfer your membership to someone else

• Membership will remain active for the dates specified in the invoice and cannot be rescheduled or postponed.

• We reserve the right to cancel membership without any refund if a member is found in breach of any of our rules and regulation outlined on this page
